Anyone running bead balanced tires? Just wondering how you like it?

I just got my 275/60r20 Cooper AT3's mounted and the shop recommended bead balancing for bigger tires so I gave it a try. I had a vibration at first but the shop found that one of the bags didn't break open so they fixed it up for me no charge and everything is nice and smooth now!

In theory, I like the idea of a fresh balance every time you pull out! But is bead balancing the real deal or snake oil?

It's used frequently on MC's,,, (Still have some in the garage)

'Dynamic balancing',, kind of like a top loading clothes washer,,,

I have wondered how well it would work on wider tires,,,

Used on motorcycles a lot. I use them on my bike. Best balance ever.
I e heard great things about the product in cars, trucks, and even 18 wheelers.

I am really thinking about putting some in my tires.
If I end up installing, I'll update with my experience.

Its a old Truckers trick, I know a few old timers that would put tennis balls in them big 22.5's and worked like a charm. I may look into this next time I have the wheels off.

So far, I like the bead balance! After the bag was opened properly, the ride is super smooth! I was skeptical but now I am impressed!

Love bead balancing its so easy, the only thing that I don't like is when you get a flat and have a tire fixed at a shop that doesn't have it, they look at you real funny when you tell them to use a vacuum to clean out the beads.

The only disadvantage is that it doesn't work under a certain RPM.
