Placed order in November and things didn't get off on the right foot. Order was not shipped promptly, Fed Ex tracking number was incorrect, so was not able to figure out if order had even been shipped. Took a week for delivery and when I consulted Google maps, they (Infotainment) are only five hours driving time from my home town.
The customer no-service telephone line puts you on permanent hold and you have to resort to "chat" communication. You don't get the same person from one day to the next and they don't seem to be able to refer to any record of what the customer was told by the company "chatter". One of the components in the kit I ordered was incorrect and I'm not sure when or if the correct item will be sent.
