Billet grille insert vibrating?

So, like the topic says. I've got a vibration/ really high pitched sound coming from the front end since I installed my grille insert. A quick search showed quite a few others having the same issue, but I couldn't really find a solution.

Would it be enough to replace the screws and nutplates with bolts and nuts, maybe little bits of rubber as washers? Or would I have to actually find a way to weigh down the bars themselves?

We might be able help more if we could see a pic of the insert or at least know what kind it is. OEM or aftermarket?

Hopefully the link works, I'm on my phone. It's a full billet aftermarket insert, cut up the oem grille and all that.
