Blower problem

    2006 ram 1500 5.7 only blows air on highest setting could the switch be going out or something else causing the problem?

    More than likely it is the blower resistor. High speed bypasses the resistor.

    So I replaced it tonight the old one was cracked. Still have the same issue any other ideas?

    Had a car do it once and it was the actual control unit.

    Have you checked the recirc door? The hinges tend to break and the door can block the passage cutting off the airflow. This happened on my '06 a few years ago.

    It blows like normal only on the highest setting.

    Might help, might not. I was having issues with the control of my blower motor. I found a wiring harness under steering column and when i shook/moved it, the blower motor would start propperly working, i heard these get loose corroded all the time
