Were you able to lock up brakes on the trailer?

Have you looked at the brakes on the trailer to make sure they are adjusted correctly ?
So reading this thread has me concerned... do you know. Is anyone complaining that has a 2017 ram? I have a 17 ram 2500 6.4 hemiI believe Erica did her best but she hit the same walls we did at Chrysler. Remember when she came back to us and relayed that you can't measure the power on a PWM line. She was just telling us what she was told. When we challenged that claim, she went back to RAM engineering which started the conversation moving again.
I've kept all of the emails, voice mails, and my findings. Would love the opportunity to show all this to a jury.
So I've had the chance now to pull my fully loaded dump trailer and whatever the update was has allowed me to turn the gain down. I used to run it at 4 unloaded and up around 6 loaded. I've been able to drop both of those 1 point and it still feels like more braking output than before.
Do we need to go to the dealership for this update or is it pushed out to the truckat least we have a positive response after the update was installed
A feature that I like on the p3 is you can disable the trailer brakes when backing up. I don't believe that is an option on any of the big 3s itbc.

After thinking about this I've never, in all my years of towing, have never found a reason to disable trailer brakes when backing (excluding a boat trailer with surge brakes). What scenario would you use this ability?
Yes, to the dealership for updates.
