I am experiencing exactly the same noise that the owner of the ram in this youtube video is. I am wondering if anyone has diagnosed the same problem with their truck and have fixed it. It sounds like the noise is on a revolution, which leads me to believe it is a bearing but that's just a guess. My friends dad is experiencing the exact same thing and he thought the culprit was the idler pulley bearings so he replaced both, but the noise was still there.

Thanks

Take the belt off and run the engine. If the noise is gone than it's accessory related. If it's still there then it's not.

Take the belt off and turn everything by hand. You should be able to feel and hear a bearing on it's way out. Don't forget to check the water pump.
