Chromed out or blacked out

Haven't seen this posted yet, but does anyone have pics for all black gen4's with aftermarket chrome wheels? Trying to decided on which wheel choice to purchase and to be honest. I'm kind of tired of the all black wheel trend. Even though those type of wheels do look good.

I also agree that the blacked out look is tired. I'm gona catch flack for that statement. (It's just my opinion guys)
The most non-unique thins you can do now is all black.

It was more a comment about about general questionsin this forum. People ask for pics of agriculture red ram.

Anyway, there was a post about grills recently that had a pic of a black ram with the sport grille with color matched surround and chrome inserts. Looked really good. Little chrome can really set off a black truck.

Eh I'm the same when it comes to black rims. Actually just bought my first set earlier this year. Chrome looks good, but that's about it. It doesn't last, gets dirty in a day or two, and it's more suited for pavement queens.

Which is why I went black. I don't believe in wiping rims off daily, and I damn sure don't apply tire shine.

Chrome looks better though.

Basically you went black cause you're lazy and you'll never go back.

I think a dark bronze or hammer texture copper would look great, stand out while fitting in and be unique enough that if you see another one in your area, chances are great they copied you...

This would look cool. Good luck finding these type of rims that aren't painted tho.

True enough. Although chrome can be a pain, i just think that it makes all black trucks really stand out. Plus PVD chrome wheels are said to hold up really well. Either way hopefully some pics will pop up. If not then oh well. I appreciate the input.

There was a white ram with copper wheels and badges ect on the other forum. Looked really good.

Top pic is the best looking IMO, but i believe that style and color is only available in 6 and 8 lug. Doesn't work for me unfortunately.

I just looked in my Fuel booklet and the website.... The top one's don't come in 5-lug but the last two do. The Vapor's and Beast's. The machined one's would look awesome!

I wanted to retain my factory wheels, so I went with PVC "black chrome" sport wheels. The look is nice as it gives a little "bling" without the rust.
