I just got mine back from a warranty claim on my truck concerning a weird screeching noise from one of my speakers. I was a service adviser for a dealership for a long time and these people were very professional. They couldn't identify the problem since it is very intermittent but the tech spent about a half hour with me going through scenarios to try and fix it. Good of him given that warranty claims don't pay worth a damn as it is and he certainly wasn't making money sitting there talking with me about the issue.
