I tried searching for this topic, couldn’t find it.

While riding in the passenger seat, I felt a significant cold air draft in the footwell - forward, upper, right.

It was 32 degrees outside, the heater was on, mixed face/footwell vents. I could feel warm air coming from the footwell vent (left side near console).

(When I was driving, I tried to check the driver's side, but couldn’t do it safely because of the parking brake pedal)

Has anyone had this problem?
Know what causes it?
How to fix it?

Recirculating door probably broken. Remove the wiring harness and 3 screws that hold the fan in the hvac box and look up to see if it’s that or not.

Yeah your recirc door is broken. When mine broke I bought a whole new recirc assembly from the dealer for I believe 80 bucks. It came with the box, the door, and the actuator. You have to pull the dash to replace it. Not exactly fun, but it wasn’t too bad if you follow a write up.
