Coolant bleeding

Alldata is saying I can only use a "pressurized air vacuum generator" to bleed the coolant for my truck. That true or are there any loop holes. I dont have an air compressor to do a venturi

Apparently I spelt "coolant" wrong when i used search the first time. Came across this write up the 2nd time
