I'm not sure how it works at HF's site, but it you order it from Moes Performance the HF tune comes free with the purchase of the tuner.

Purchasing the DS from Moes or HF is the same price and they both include the HF tune. I like ordering from Moe's.

Email Sean and ask him for the instructions. I have them too, if you need them.
