Driver door hinge pin & roller

Does anyone have a fix for the door hinge? Mine has made the creaking noise since the first year I owned it. I have always used lubrications and it would go away for a month or so but now it is making noise constantly. I believe the roller around that pin is wearing out. Can that roller and pin be replaced or does the entire hinge have to come off?

This stuff works great. Maybe apply it twice a year. No more creaking.

Went with this as it was recommended by someone else on here and it did the trick, and I was able to use it on my garage door.

Thanks for the suggestion, I picked some up at lunch and sprayed it on. Seems good so far, hope that does the trick! Maybe the stuff I had been using was junk??
