Is that the best tuner for the money? What all can it do? I'm thinking it will be fine just wondering. All I have left to do is get some L/T's and O/R mid pipe

If you don't intend to go nuts, then a Superchips gives you a canned tune, trans tuning, limiter adjustment, tire adjustment, etc. You can find 3865's for pretty decent $$. If you intend to go beyond the basics, Diablo is better because you will need custom tuning to take advantage of the really good stuff like cams and head work. The Diablo (whichever you get, DSP, Trinity or Intune) is the way to go for custom tuning (actually as far as handhelds go for your year, if I'm not mistaken it's the ONLY way you can go).
