Exhaust Manifold Bolts - Shopping List

Hey Guys, it’s time to end the tick in my 2014 Ram 5.7L. I think I have the right part numbers for the bolts but, the diagram was vague on the quantities. Can someone please check my list? I’m not sure how many I need of p/n 6510141AA and 6509863AA.

6510140AA (REF 3, QTY 8) Bolt, Side Middle M8x1.25x48.50
6510141AA (REF 4, QTY 6 or 7?) Stud, Side M8x1.25xm6x1x75.50
6505316AA (REF 5, QTY 8) Nut
6509863AA (REF 9, QTY 1 or 2?) Stud, side corner M8x1.25xm6x1.00x73.00
Gasket Left 5045495AA
Gasket Right 5045496AA

If you don't have the manifolds planed level you'll be doing the job again and again.
I'd use Remflex 6022 gaskets instead of the crappy Mopar ones too.

Thanks, NJMOPAR. I’m planning on it. I’ll begin the tear down when the parts actually arrive. The front struts and bearings are getting replaced at the same time so access to the manifolds will be about as good as it gets.

I thought about shorties but, I don’t want to spend that much on this old rig.

Sorry just saw you were going back to stock. 4 standard bolts and 4 with the stud for the heatshield. Each side takes 8 fasteners total.

I know this is a older thread but are those bolts for the 5.7 and do they come with the bolts to hold the head shield on? I've had the passenger side fixed twice and now going on the 2nd time for the drivers side and I want this fixed once and for all. Thanks in advance.

My dealership just went to a Bolt store & picked up a gross of Grade 8 bolts of the correct size, when they had to fix mine & several others that had been waiting on the Mopar warehouse for the needed hardware.

We have a huge warehouse called Ababa Bolt, all they have is fasteners
I like them better than Fastenal
