What is the best combination of shorty headers and throttle body for max HP on a stock 2017, 1500 5.7 hemi?

Neither add anything as far as power.You want long tubes for torque and pull all through the power band,and your 2017 uses the exact same throttle body as the 485 horse 6.4 uses,and even on the 6.4's,the throttle body is one of the last things you do,after cam / ported heads / long tubes etc. , so save your money on both.
Either do long tubes and a tune,or leave it alone,as you won't gain much from the 2 mods you mentioned,except alot lighter wallet.
