I am looking at getting black exhaust tips for my 2015 QC 1500 Sport. I was curious what size outlet will fit into the cutouts of the bumper? I was looking at 2.5 inlet that is 18 inches long with 4" outlet.

Will that fit?

MBRP has really nice black tips in a variety of sizes... I had them put on with my MBRP catback to complete the blacked out look from the ass end... I don't have any pictures because I'm 6000km's away from my truck at work for another week...

I currently have 4.5" tips but you can go with a 5". I think Moes has a bolt in 5" tip.

I put 12" long 5" OD MBRP tips on my truck! I love them, they needed a bit if fab work because of the body lift so I can't say if they'll fit a stock exhaust system or not.

A local friend has some (unknown man'fr) 4" tips and IMO they're the perfect size. I find 5" is too big unless you have a really huge. lifted ride on honking big tires.

I also have the MBRP 5" tips, got em from Moe's.

They would need an adapter to fit the stock pipe. I just cut off the Magnaflow 16869 tips and bolted the MBRPs on.

I would also get the MBRP. Good quality and not too pricey.

search my posts. I have the 5" MBRP tips...and you DON"T have to cut anything really. I had them welded on top of the stock tips..and then cut back the stock exhaust. Fits perfectly and you can't tell at all that the stock tips are still in there. Just my .02

The factory tips are 4", so I don't see much reason to switch to another 4" diameter tip. I also agree that 5" fills the bumper cutouts much better.

We have been out of our bolt on 5" tips for a while now, but final received some bare tips this week. We should have these back in stock and ready to ship around the end of next week.

They have a 4" outer diameter. That is why you were able to weld your 4" inlet MBRP tips onto them.

Could you please post a link to your site for these 5" tips?

I just removed the factory tips painted them with high temp black paint and reinstalled them. I did tilt them up to fill the gap out in the bumper from the factory and they look good in my opinion for a 8$ can of spray paint and 2 hours of work.
