Anyone know if it is possible to have the air suspension system installed in a 4th Gen Ram 1500 if it wasn't installed at the factory?

not worth the cost or hassels that are associated with factory air suspension. Go after market

I wish there was an aftermarket setup for full air ride, the factory air ride would likely cost way too much to make sense.

There are companies that make aftermarket air ride, I've worked on a truck that had one. So it can be done but it's not gonna be cheap.
