This forum header says for 2013+ 3500 and 2014+ 2500 trucks. Where would it be appropriate to post about gen 4 heavy duty trucks that are older than that?

Exactly. Your in the wrong mode year section. They have different ones for all generations. Go to the one that suites your needs. If you look directly beneath the HEAVY DUTY on the forum index and at the top of this forum it clearly states what is in my original post.

I am in the 2009-2018 & 2019-2023 Classic forum. The next one down is Gen 3 2002-2008. The next one up is Gen 5 2019-present. There is one Heavy Duty subforum under the 4th Gen forum and that one lists 2013+ 4th gen 3500 and 2014+ 4th gen 2500 trucks. 3rd Gen does not have a heavy duty subform but 5th Gen does.
I guess my question would be is information in this forum applicable to my 2011 Ram 2500 Cummins Gen 4 or are the differences significant enough that the information would not apply. The rest of the subforums pictured below do apply to my 2011 Gen 4.
