Front Coil Spring to Strut Conversion

Is there a conversion kit the replaces the front coil springs with strut and spring combination?

um.. there's really no functional difference between the two. Technically a coilovers/shock is more adjustable as far as height/type vs a strut which is commonly a fixed factory size/height.
