Good evening,

I have a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie and my lighter fuse went out. My power code for my dash camera is bad. Does anyone know what fuse it is ? I have several that it could be. I know it is the 12VDC constant power. The fuse layout is kind of vague. Thanks in advance.

If it's the same as for my 2017, look for the one fuse in the box that can be installed "half a fuse off"

I know l, sounds vague, but pop the cover off under the hood and you'll see

According to this site F93 is a 20A fuse for the Cigar lighter.

I went to the site and looked at the fuse locations for my truck. I still have no idea where the fuse is for the lighter. It shows for the classis but not the regular Ram. It is still a great site.

Open your fuse box, there is a diagram on the underside of the lid listing every fuse and it's purpose. The one labeled cigar is what you are looking for.

The link I posted above is for the 4th gen Classic. If you have a 5th gen, the info will be in the following link.

In this listing, AFAIK, the cigar lighter has been renamed as 'power outlet center seat' and allows the option of ignition switched or constant power.

When you say regular Ram, is that the same as 5th gen?

Boy do I feel like a fool. It helps to completely read your owners manual. It states very clearly where the fuse is and so forth. It is a 20A yellow fuse. F54 in the fuse box under the steering wheel. Thanks for all the help from everyone.

For future reference, your truck is a 5th gen and there's a different section for posting.

I breezed right past this earlier, what an awesome site!

There are several similar type sites with great fuse/relay info. Just search '2014 Ram 1500 fuses'.

The largest flaw with the majority of them is that most don't differentiate between 4th & 5th gen trucks.
I've been burnt by that once.

You always have to review the fuse layout diagram to determine 4th or 5th gen.
