Gear ratio for a 2014 2wd 1500
I plan on buying a lsd
Currently running 37s
I use the truck to go work and occasionally take it off road (sand/mud/hardpack).
I don’t plan on towing, maybe a jet ski but nothing to heavy
I currently have 3.55

When i drop the cash for regearing my power wagon, im going 5.13’s. And i run 35’s. Would consider 37’s with the regear.

OK, first off, this is the 5th Gen Forum (2019+)

Secondly, you can't go too high on a secondary gear ratio (unless you care about Top Speed or MPG).

Third, since you have a '14 I don't know if you have a 6sp or 8sp. If you have a 6sp DEFINITELY change up. If you have an 8sp - depends on your expectations..

I have reviewed thousands of transactions. The only ones that have gone south are the ones where the expectations of the consumer were not met.
