Anyone knows if the 2013 Ram headlights would swap with the 2011?

You will need to buy the wiring harness and either original or aftermarket 2013 head lamps--it is not a plug and play operation.
JJ at Retro Shop can price the whole thing out for you.

May I ask why it says no warranty on your listing?

Cost.
These lights are $1,150 and my current pricing is 56% of that, at $645. There isn't a lot of markup in them, not nearly enough that I can hold a warranty on them as the dealership would.
On a side note, I think out of ALL of these that I've sold, I've had 1 leaker. I've sold......probably.....70 sets of these now. Less than 1% failure isn't bad, and the customer ran a bead of silicone around it - was set.
These are the 2nd version that Ram had. 1st runs had 4 bolts to hold on the dust cap, and 2 vents in the light. These have 5 bolts and an extra vent. Seems that Ram found that on their early versions that many customers were coming back with fogging issues, and found the fix quick for that.
Trust me, I wish I could warranty them, but I'm not a multimillion dollar company making crazy profits on them.

nope, nothing crazy, hyperflashing - but that is addressed with my new plugs.
