heat/air blows all the time

its been this way for a while and doesn't bother me, I keep it on cold and the vents in the floor open, but it blows slightly all the time. and the air isn't very cold, I tried to recharge it a few weeks ago but it didn't take anything. im not too concerned about it being cold I would rather have the window down, but its starting to irritate me that it blows constantly. any ideas what I can check?

Sounds like the blend doors / blend door actuators are busted.
Pretty common issue in Gen III Ram's.
