Heated seats auto on feature

My 2016 Sport Crew has heated seats that automatically come on when its as low as maybe 40 degrees. Well they use to but do not anymore, not sure why.

The seat ac still comes automatically if its hot out out. I rarely use the Auto button. But maybe I have had it on and did not realize it.

Appreciate if anyone know what state the climate control really needs to be in for the heated seats to auto start when I remote start the truck. Thanks

There is a setting on the 8.4 radio to select if you want the heated seats/steering wheel to come on when remote starting, all starts or none. Check this setting.
The outside air temp has to below 40°F also for them to come on.

Thanks. I toggled that setting yesterday. This morning the dash temp said 39 but no heated seats. ...hmm.

Wish it came in around 50, heck, I use mine when it's 80° out...
