Help iPhone uConnect problem

Alright normally when I plug my iPhone 5 into my USB port like in the photo below i then hit Devices and select usb device iphone. Then you should be able to select your playlist and song and it will play off the nav. However mine wont. I have to press play off my iphone and if I chance the song off my steering wheel it will stop the music until i hit play off my iphone again. It never us to do this?

What can I do to fix this? HELP Please?!?!

Can't help really but my iPhone 5 craps out usually within a minute or so of being plugged in. Errors out and that's it. I have the RBZ radio that was on software version 20.xx. I haven't tried since I upgraded my radio software to the 50.xx version.

I'll have to retest it. I thought iPhone/iPod was only supposed to work off of the glovebox USB port?

still having problem. my usb port treats my iPhone like an Aux now and I have to hit play from the phone. I dont have any control of device though the uconnect.

HELP PLEASE
