Look to see where it's coming from, I.e. gasket, housing cracked, loose bolt, etc, etc.

How old is it? They do require maintenance just like everything else so if you're losing oil from the reservoir, confirm it isn't from anything else in front of it like the rad or trans cooler, then you'll want to send it in to get a new seal installed.
