Never saw this thread. i switched over from the Z

Was trying to figure out why I couldn't get certain features on my new truck to work and ram forums had some of the answers when I searched the problems. The rest I got after I joined and started asking questions. Turned out the reason those features didn't work was the new truck just didn't have them. Lol kind of. Great site!

Googled while looking for people's experiences with 3rd gen 1500s. I have vast knowledge and experience with the modern HEMI, but needed some education on the truck chassis itself.

Was an easy choice to join too, especially knowing that any of the "Z" forums are where mostly toddlers hang out and tell stories about their Power Wheels.

Wish I had time like I once did to browse for hours, glad to have joined non the less.

I have been a member of RamForumz and Dodge Talk since about 2008 when I had my first RAM. Never knew about this forum until recently but its definitely the most active of the 3 i visit. Hemi Truck Club is another one I visit, but RamForum has quickly become my favorite.

Found this forum in search for parts/info/upgrade options on my new purchase. Like with most other vehicles I've purchased, I find it much cheaper to upgrade myself rather than purchase from dealer. That and the feeling of accomplishment with a job done right.

Whenever I meet up with someone with a Ram, usually during a craigslist deal or at the gas station, I tell them about the forum. That 20% referred that takes a gouge out of the google finds speaks volumes! I have saved myself cash and some headaches because of this forum. There is a solid foundation of contributing members and an excellent administrative team. Best place by far to discuss and learn more about your truck.

I listed my truck trouble and this site popped up. Sure glad. My 2006 Red Mega cab is my pet and she's not running so good right now. Bought her new & done most repairs my self but this time I am BEAT.
