A little about me I'm in Delaware and I just bought a 17 power wagon 82k miles. Absolutely love the truck and it's fully loaded except for
remote start and ram box. Just curious to those who purchased them new, what is it supposed to come with like winch kits, emergency kits etc.

you should have the winch cord. It plugs in up front by the winch. And a 2” adapter tube for the hitch. Nothing much more. No emergency kit unless the unit was ordered with one. You would know this by looking up the vin.
