So, in summer had a/c act up - when going from High AC to regular AC it would lock up and blow warm air only. Big 4 re-charge AC and sealed the descicant plug leak. Seemed to work better but still a bit off.
Now it's winter, start truck up in morning ( doesn't matter if remote or key start) doesn't matter if automatic comfort settings are on or off, the temp slider drops to bottom ( coldest setting) and blows cold air. And the only way to get it to move ( pus buttons won't move it) is to go directly into climate on touch screen and swipe up!
Took back to Big 4, they had it all day and then informed me there were no codes, and it did it for them too but - FCA sent out a Star Bulletin in 2017 stating there was no fix and they were working on it? WTF?
So, working on it since 2017 and no fix - sounds to me like FCA is being the fine upstanding company everyone says they are!!
Anyone have same problem and found a fix? Its the manual Heater control set up.
