A few pics. First off the dash after everything came out. DIRTY!

I got the cluster apart which was REALLY easy since I am used to wokring on electronics and mechanical things....

I cleaned it all up put it back together after upgrading all the lamps to 194 LED High brightness light blue white lamps....

Only to find out the stock lamp holders do NOT allow the LED to work. However, the lamp holders that service the information control center DO work. Sooo, I ordered 20 new ones of the right type. Basically the ones in the cluster do not have the correct contacts in the places necessary for them to work with the LED lamps, but will work with the incan lamps.

I also removed the Windshelid wiper control module....

It was easy to remove with the dash out, and easy to take apart and clean the contacts. Hopefully it will now work and continue to work.

More to come. If ya'll are interested.

yes, I installed blue/white LED's since they would be much brighter than just blue. They ARE brighrter than stock by I'd have to say 5 times, but they don't dim. At least the high brightness ones I used don't but that's actually OK for me as they still aren't TOO bright. And they will go off if I dim them by the dimmer....but they don't dim...LOL! Anyway. Let me see if I can find a pic and ill post it up.

Go to general discussions, then to what did you do to your RAM today, last page has a night pic of the instrument lights to see how bright it is.

So where'd you get the nicer gauge faces? I really like that volt gauge having numbers. Is that a thing on later trucks, or is it aftermarket? My temperature, oil pressure, and voltmeter look nothing like those.
