ID This Plug

Can anyone tell me what this plug is for? It dangles from the driver's side between the rear bumber and rear wheel. 2016 Power Wagon.

don't know your specs, but do you have rear parking sensors????

Could be for the rambox option (4wires: lights and pwr lock)

Looks like a wiring harness plug for the hitch. Or possibly one for a bed power plug for a trailer.

The trailer wiring is all functional. The rear parking sensors are all functional. The LED bedlights are all functional. I don't have Ram Boxes, but this seems the most logical if they have internal lighting.

Power to the rear gate lock? On my 2014 I had to get inside the gate and disable the locking feature for my usage need. It was 3+ years ago but it seems like the plug looked something like that. Mine is zip tied inside the gate but I suppose if I hadn't it could have fallen out.

The tailgate lock works as advertised. It's got to be for the Ram Box option that I do not have. I've zip tied it up and out of the way.
