Good Afternoon Everyone,
So I've finally pulled the trigger and ordered myself a 4 inch Zone lift and some 35s for the truck..... I keep reading about people saying that when you do a suspension lift you should replaced your upper control arms with bigger better ones.... Input please and if so which UCA's are most people running once they add a 4inch suspension lift?
An....GO!!! Let the inputs begin!!!
Thanks In Advanced

New UCAs aren't necessary.

But definetley doesn't hurt.

Mevotechs are a nice replacement and realatively cheap, the high priced ones like the ones from Icon or Zone aren't really necessary but a nice upgrade if you're gonna work the suspension really hard.

A member here ( Thatdude596 ) had a 1500 with 11 " total lift and 38" tires on stock UCAs and had no issues .
I installed the Mevotecs for cheep insurance, $100 for the pair @ www.rockauto.com

I just didn't want to get stranded or forced to replace them while on a road trip 500+ miles from my tools

You'll be okay, it's really just when you put a leveling kit on a 13+ Ram that you should replace the UCA'S.

Like R.L.K I also put Mevotech's on and am very happy with them!
