The drivers side interior door panel does not have any screws holding it in. I bought my '16 Laramie about a year ago and just noticed there are no screws around the outer edge of the door. There are 6 places for screws; not a one in any of them. The other 3 door panels are attached with screws, as you would expect. The door panel is not loose at all... something is holding it in place.

So is this just a case of the "Drivers Side Interior Door Panel" installation guy having a hangover the day of assembly? What is holding the panel in place?

No big deal, just got my curiosity up.

There is still clips on the back of the door panel if you removed the screws from the other three doors it would be the same deal

They're not really screws, more like plastic push pins with what looks like threads. There are clips on the door panel that hold it in place and I think there's a screw under the release handle trim piece
The door panel was probably removed for a repair but those screws weren't put back in

The prior owner took the panel off, and didn’t put the pins back in...You can get them from allmoparparts. Contact Benny, they are not too expensive

Actually, they are expensive as hell! I was quoted 7 canadian each by 2 dealers in canada. I bought a kit with like 300 various pieces plus trim tool set off amazon for 30 canadian instead.

Buy a kit from amazon. There other pins in the kit that you will need elsewhere

Thanks guys, i'll get after that set of push pins.

Look inside the door. You might find a few keys of coke in there.

That made me laugh, but maybe i'll take a look...:signs1:
