Intermittent Problem With Rotary Shifter

Heard from FCA case manager.

They okd a 5 day repair diagnosis/schedule and a loaner truck. They Hope another software update might cure it, though I just got one 5 weeks ago.

Said if I need a new tyranny they would provide a 2yr, unlimited mileage tyranny warranty.

Hi guys i have a 2017 ram and the same thing happened to me going to the dunes. it turned off and about a week later it did it again going to work today. it could shift out of 3rd gear on the freeway. i’m not sure what do to and if it’s even covered by warranty
