Is There an ETC Fuse?

My truck is not starting (just makes a loud clicking sound) and I get a 'noFuse' message as well as the electronic throttle control (ETC) light. I am wondering if these two messages are pointing to the same problem. Is there an ETC fuse? I do not see an ETC fuse listed in the fuse diagram but perhaps it is called something else. This is a 2011 RAM 1500.

I wasn’t having much luck with search I’m not that tech savvy and I didn’t realize I was continuing an old thread I’m just trying to see if there is a fuse or relay maybe an easy fix before I have to spend a lot of money
