Is it normal for my sway bar to have horizontal displacement marks? This photo is before installing new bushings (mogg) but after installation it again shows horizontal sliding marks of 2 - 3 mm.

Yes,if one tire goes up or down but the other tire doesn't,the swaybars length will change slightly,and it'll move a little bit.Nothing to worry about
