All my key fobs stopped working, three of these. I don't think I have a key fob issue, I think it has something to do with the WIN module. My question is does anybody have a solution other than going back to the dealer?

Try pushing the tip of the fob to the push button on your truck and hold it for 5 ish seconds. This will 100% prove is its a fob battery issue or something else. If it starts its a bad fob battery. Hopefully that's all it is
