LED bulbs in fatory Tail Light

i recently just put some led sylvania bulbs in my factory tail light housings they look and work great only problem is the passenger side turning indicator will hyperflash when the headlights or parking lights are on. it works fine without the headlights on. also with the headlights on the fourways work fine, just only have a problem with the passenger side turn signal. i installed resistors on the lights so they wouldnt hyper flash, any ideas on what the problem could be? i checked the resistor with the driver side one still has the same problem with the passenger side turn signal when the headlights are on, are there two flasher relays for each side or something?
