I don't really know what to tell ya... you gotta pay to play... You can make your own flip kit from Tractor Supply using trailer saddles blocks and weld them on and flip the leafs, but that is going to give you a 6" drop and then you have to pay to get a c-notch done which is about another $400 prolly.

I would just save up your money and buy a kit or find one used. Or you can just use the shackles from auto zone, but it won't make the back match the front at all.. it will look like mine did with the 2" McGaughy shackles :

It's just a shackle. Didn't really have a specific fit for it. But maybe if I put that and a flip kit together...

When the leaf spring is in the stock position, the shorter the shackle, the more you drop.

When it is flipped, the longer the shackle, the lower you go.

This is what the correct 2" shackles look like for our trucks: [The OEM shackles are 2" longer]

Erik, I'm not sure if you know this, but I'm not made of money. I have to save up, and that takes a long time. I'm just trying to find the best/cheapest way to do this and not make it look like total ****.

I read somewhere that if you do like 20 lbs of pressure, you'll get the full drop and no squeak.
