I installed the zone 1.5" body lift on my '12 Quad cab. Bils set at 2.8 and a 3/4" tgc rear spacer, love the results. I agree the alignment pins in rear bumper are a pita... A cutoff wheel and an air chisel finally did the job. I didn't weld the bed spacers but I did bolt them to the bed, no issues. Have plenty of room for the BFG KO2 all-terrains nowP_20180405_131759.jpg P_20180405_131959.jpg P_20180405_132005.jpg !

^^^^^^ this is the setup I’d like to run on my 14 Quad Cab.I already have the Bils at 2.8 and a TGC 3/4” spacer in the rear.

Any issues or concerns I need to look for?

what size tires
Those are 285/70/17s. For the most part they look just right to me, but from some angles the tires look like pizza cutters. I wish my wheels had a bit more offset.

Looks awesome moparpeetie!!!! What size tire/ wheel did you go with? Do you happen to know the final measement from the ground to the bottom of the fenders? Want something to compare mine with once I get the new skins on, thanks!

Thanks Man!!! I went with 35x12.50x18 and a 18x8.5 +15 AEV Mesa. If I remember the front is 42" and the rear is 43" (or 41/42)... I have a 3/4" tgc rear spacer so I have a little rake...

I just got my wheels on and I am at 41 front and 42 rear so I thinking you are probably 42 and 43 as your tires are taller. Can't believe how much a little lift and aftermarket wheels transform the look of a truck!

just ordered mine. Can't wait for it to come in, and some time to get it installed.

I believe the rear bumper alignment tabs get cut into.

was it the suspension or the body lift install instructions that left gaps from the Zone info? I can't remember if people are supplementing the zone install guide with the PA install guide.

It was the 1.5” Zone body lift. I’m supplementing with the Rough Country 1.25” body lift instructions to fill in the gaps in the Zone instructions.
