More specifically their additives. I was wondering about these 3 in particular. They all seem to have great reviews. Just wondering if anyone actually used them in their Ram.

Where do you find them in Canada Nick,i've been tempted to try their products myself, but haven't actually went looking for them up here yet.
Same as you I haven’t actually gone looking for it in stores. However they seem to be readily available through amazon Canada. They aren’t too expensive either. The hydraulic lifter additive and the anti friction additive seem to go between 10-15$ each with free shipping. The Ceratec seems to be the more expensive one which goes for about 30$.
I am really tempted to try as like I said I haven’t heard any bad. It seems to all be positive reviews. Haven’t really come across anyone calling it “snake oil” like you find with a lot of other additives

Apart from a little friction additive in the rear diff if needed I don't buy into the additive thing. Just buy good oil that has all the additives built into their mixture. Liquimoly has a line up of oils, but I've never found much info on them.

It is worth a try if you have lifter tick, solid science. However, it is moly in suspension as opposed to oil soluble moly found in oils. If you want to boost those numbers you need to use an additive like lubeguards biotech that has the same oil soluble moly.

I'm not sure we have that available up here Burla, never gone looking for it either,as mine runs pretty quiet on 5w-30 Redline, but i'm sticking a cam in it here in a bit and expect my shift points to go up to probably closer to 6700 from the 6100 I shift it at now,so anything that helps plate things i'm all for,lol

Hmm, I may be interested in trying this as we have it on our shelves in NAPA up here. I've still haven't been able to source any Redline oil and I'm needing another route to quite this tick.

Worth a shot bud, there are additives that aren't worth a shot and shouldn't be considered, but liqui moly is solid science. It isn't like chlorinated stuff or oil thickners that are flat out dangerous. I would use 1/2 dose, or even 1/4 dose to start. And you need to give it time like 500 miles before judging it.

That test doesn't test base oils, it tests vii's or branch chain lubrication properties of new fresh oils. When oil is in use, the branch chain polymers chain is broken and you get the base oil, and that is what the industry tests with such tests as hths and more over long term testing in engines. This guy is a oil hack, he bashes long held atsm's in order to tell the world they should listen to his one arm bandit tests. Most of the oils in his test and perfectly fine oils to run, but turn the list upside down and it would be more accurate what oil performs better in the long term.

Does Nick ship to Alaska?

I do agree with Burla: If you feel you need a Moly additive? Use the LubeGuard additive @ the correct dose per Qt!

Most of the time more is not better!

Best case scenario is to run RL oil if you desire more Moly in your formulation!
PUP SRT 0W-40 is a good option!

I put in just one whole can (300ml). I’m not sure if it is like the mso2. I think it’s more a solvent based product. But it doesn’t smell like Seafoam so it must be different.
