I have a 2018 bighorn with the stock wrangler sra tires. Only 15,000 miles on them and have a lot of dry rot on them after 5 years.. I am looking for a tire that will be a little better off road. Looking to stay the stock size 275/60R20.

Plus 5. Best tire I’ve had. BFG KO2’s are really good too, last I checked though they are a little more pricey than wild peaks.

When I bought my latest set my top 2 options were wildpeaks and bfg ko2. At discount bfgs were a little more, but my local CDJR dealer had bfgs for way less, just over $200 a pop. I wonder if since those come factory on some Jeeps they’re selling new takeoffs or something? Obviously I ended up going with the wildpeaks, because of their reputation of exceptional wet traction and I wanted the discount tire free replacement deal, but I thought that was interesting. That was for 285/70r17 which is the same size I noticed being on some Rubicons on the lot.

Cooper Discoverer AT3s are what I've ran forever. I have them on my current 2018 and have no complaints.

Duratracs. If you run deep mud and snow they provide great traction. Also stand up the gravel and rock well. 3 Peak rated for winter use. If you don't spend 50% or more of your time off pavement then the BFG KO2 or the Falken AT3W Wildpeak. Less aggressive but quite a bit quieter if that is a consideration.

I just put on a set of Toyo Open Country AT3 (having ran a set of AT2 for five years). Only have 2k on them but all good so far.

Looks like a pretty basic highway tire. I wouldn't try much beyond a gravel road but they will get you around town, and being Falkens I'm sure they will have good wear characteristics.

Falken Wildpeak AT3W. have them on all my trucks
I had those Falkens on my 1500 laramie and was thinking I would put a set on my '22 2500 6.7 but have not heard how they are for towing. I tow 10,000# 5th wheel. the oem transforce tires are hard as a rock and are wearing out quickly.

Three years and 20K miles later, they still look almost like new, no dry rot to speak of.

I have them on my 2018 2500 mega 4x4 Cummins and I tow a 10k GVW travel trailer (only once a month at most 150 miles each way) Outdoors RV 23DBS and I see no wear issues yet, Its only been a year though.

I am the 2nd set of 35” Toyo AT2s on my 2500 diesel, I get around 25-28k on them before they get squirrelly in the rain.

I bought a set of Kanati Mudhogs for my K5 Blazer but haven’t gotten around to put them on yet, but they were fairly inexpensive, $800 for a set of 35x12.5R15’s.

I put Falkens on my wife’s ‘05 Tahoe years ago, so they still smell like cow manure?
