Low oil pressure at idel

I'm assuming it's the oil pressure switch. But I could be wrong

Used to be 1 psi per 100 rpm is sufficient

Provided your idling at 800 rpm, minimum should be 8psi, and you're seeing 10

What happens when you blip the throttle to say, 1200?

Swap to a better oil filter first.

Definitely if U do not so, betta oil and filter. I also see U got almost 190,000 on the odometer. Could be other things or just a bad switch/sensor also.
