Ya made him mad so he isn’t gonna share. Took his toys and went home.
Bet the voltage on his battery was 9vdc and he’s too embarrassed to tell.

I have done that before, but I was about 7 years old. I had to fight the neighborhood bully over it, too.
The wires at the TCM fell onto the tail pipe.

Did this condition at the tailpipe prevent the truck from sleeping while it continued to discharge the battery?

I don't know. I don't think I had a parasitic drain, just a short that was telling the BCM not to start. The batteries may never have been the issue as we all assumed. We'll see.
