Mevotech install question!!!

I painted mine with VHT Chassis paint and installed them with Bilsteins @ 2.8" for the level .

When I leveled my truck, the ball joint almost separated on its own. I tapped the knuckle with a hammer and it basically fell out.

If you try that be gentle with the knuckle, I've heard they crack easy...

This. Mine popped right out at 3800 miles.

Lol , you have 22 post , stick around buddy , and you will know who gasser is ..

Jut read through the Lifted forum for 4th gen .

Don't let him get to ya , he's good to go and means well ( one of my favorites ) gasser just speaks candidly and tells it like it is !

He's one of the good guys who doesn't change the way he is , whether he's at a campfire with his buddies drinking beer or in a corporate meeting .

If you don't like his humor , just wait a bit and you will find a post of his that is equally obsurd that you will lol and agree with !

I've never had spacers but I'm very , very happy with my Bills !

Rough ride, they are always making noise on big bumps cause the shocks over extend etc.

Hope it works. I've used the traditional style a few times with mixed results. I know the coils on our trucks are stiffer than cars so I'm hoping it holds up. I bought a cheap one because I don't plan on using it more than once or twice.

Put some grease or anti-ceize on the threaded rod on the compressor, these coils are stout !

That's the plan. I might rent a traditional style compressor too just in case.

Thanks man! The ride, holy ****, it's sooooo much better than the spacers. If I'm ever in TN I'll buy ya a beer. You indirectly talked me into them with all your posts about how great they are etc. Ha ha
