Moe's Performance 8sp build

Say hello to the new Moe's Performance project truck. It's a 2014 8sp with 3.92 gears. Tomorrow it gets torn down for a whole list of fun parts. Custom track intake, Moe's Performance 87mm throttle body, JBA longtube headers w/o cats, Modern Muscle ported heads, Modern Muscle ported intake manifold, A new Moe's Performance custom grind cam, ATI underdrive pulley, Billet Tech catch can, 180* thermostat, clutch fan delete, Belltech 2/4 lowering kit with Spohn adjustable panhard bar and Hellwig rear swaybar, Dodge SST 17x9 rear wheels with M&H 275/50/17 drag radials, and a Hemifever custom tune to bring it all together.

The 2/4 is already installed in those pics. Spohn panhard bar and hellwig swaybar are on the truck as well.

No nitrous for this one. Testing some n/a mods first. I might spray it down the road if we reach our goal with it n/a first.

That's my personal truck that I don't think I will ever sell. This one is strictly to test some new parts over the winter, and then I'm going to sell it.

I didnt have as much time to work on the truck today as I hoped, but the suspension is done, and the motor is torn down except for the timing cover. I will be back at it first thing tomorrow and hope to have it fired up by the evening. I'll keep everyone updated.

The blue truck is about to get a very radical setup and will not be driven on the street much anymore. This silver one is going to be built as a fun, fast, reliable daily driver that I can race and enjoy this winter while the blue truck is under the knife.

Good luck with the build Matt , looks like a nice truck. Maybe when it's done you can sell it to me!!!

Ps .... not sayin that "axel" did anything good or extraordinary!! Simply that people tend to remember the bad things.
