Well I got the headlights off of Craigslist for $70, thing is I plugged them in and the halos don't work and the high beam light is always on with I turn the lights. I don know what is going on with it...

There they are installed and looking pretty

You need to switch a pin around.
9004 and 9007 wiring is different, 2G Rams came with both depending on the year.

I would change the headlight side, not the truck side.

This is a pretty good How To.

Basically, they changed the High and Ground wires on ya.

Let me know if this "pin" corrects the problem gwolf. I just installed some after market halos myself and the rings will never turn off. (even though their on a closed switch)
