New 18 longhorn

Hi all, new to the board and just purchased a new 18 longhorn.and wanted some recommendations for some basic mods. I already ordered a stubby antenna. I was also considering upgrading my headlight bulbs and fog lights as i drive at night out in the country a lot. i was interested in the bulbs that have a blue halo to it not the pure white or amber looking ones.

Welcome to RamForum.

Since you have the projector headlight housings you could do a HID upgrade there with 5000K to 6500K low beam kit.

A good set of LEDs in the fogs will come close to matching the headlights.

Just remember that the more blue your lights are the less lumen it actually puts out. Also it's terrible at lighting wet roads.

Limo is right. Love the interior. Welcome and consider replacing the factory fuel. Bully and AMI are good quality choices.

I like the silverstars I had them on my caliber srt4. They are really bright, they are more of the bright white than blue but they were so white there were almost blue. They looked pretty blue compared to standard bulbs.

Nice rig, I have the same camel color interior on my Longhorn.

You may want to look into doing the 9011 bulb mod.

I got a stubby antenna-9 inch and same cherry red color as my paint-excellent reception and it blends into the truck perfectly-love it!!

Shane check Partsgeek.com. Look out for stick on type fuel doors NG I have had had several Bully and AMI brand doors over the years. Good quality.

Love the truck brotha...... the very reason I bought my longhorn is because of this colored interior and what about these bad ass floor mats it’s like the best of both worlds luxery and durability. Check out vanquish auto they are a vendor on here. I have both HID and LEDs from them on my Yukon and boy do they make a difference just stick with 6K color that not to white and not to blue
