Sounds similar to the ASD (auto shut down) relay going bad.

Find it in your fuse box and swap it with the horn relay and see what happens.

And you don't hear the fuel pump attempting to prime the fuel system?

So, the fuel pump will spin up when hard wired?

I'll be honest, I'm as lost as you are at this point, but I'm also not the most knowledgeable.

There will definitely be someone in the morning that can help you further, man.

This could be the very odd one in a lifetime of you fried the pcm or the ckps when using the dead batt and the charger on boost to try and start the truck. I have seen it happen more than once over the years.

Download the FSM and start going through the steps to check the pcm, the ckps, and so on.

Edit: Check the big fuse at the PDB.
