I was wondering if anyone has installed an off road bumper brush guard yet. I like the brush guards but hate that they have become so flimsy. I want to get something that will take a good size deer strike/small horse. Lol. And not total my front-end. I have seen a couple I like but don't know if it would totally bottom out my front-end. I am gonna order the blistein 5100 shocks and go up 2.8" to compensate for some drop. It's going on a 2014 Ram 2500 Crew Cab 4X4 with the 6.4 Hemi in it when ever it gets here. Anyone else have any suggestions. I have attached some pics of what I like so far.

I moved this thread from the general forums. If anyone knows how I can delete the old one, please let me know.

i took care of your other thread

being that its a 2500 you shouldn't have any issues, also i'm pretty sure the bilstein 5100's won't apply for you since you have a solid front axle. The 5100 adjustables are for the 1500's with ifs.

I can tell ya this much, I can stand on my front bumper (I'm 250#s) and the truck doesn't seem to notably sag. So the chances of the new bumper causing much sag is moot.

That being said, a level kit will look nice with a big ol ******* smasher.
My personal favorite is the BackWoods unit for the Gen IV 2500/3500s

That is the unit I would like as well. It's just beefy as all hell!
